DESIGN

Once an official purchase order has been received we supply all customers with a fully designed AutoCAD drawing to their specifications for approval. This is then put into production. All the time during manufacture our technicians are checking that the pump is built in accordance with the drawing and once complete we do a full check measure to make sure all is OK.

TESTING

All pumps are tested in house prior to dispatch on our NATA approved test rig. We have a capacity to test up to 400 litres per second through our ABB supplied mag flow metre. All testing is done strictly in accordance to the relevant code. We put the pump through all the riggers it will incur when fitted on site.

We also test all the functions of the controller, set all the pressure switches for 'cut in' & 'cut out', test the jacking pumps for functionality and also check for leaks, vibrations and engine and motor performance. Once completed, a full report is provided so the customer is satisfied that the pump is performing to their requirements prior to dispatch. If a witness test is also required we will be happy to facilitate this.
