CIRCULAR TANKS

The TS600 and TS700 circular tanks are fabricated from galvanised steel into modular panels that are assembled, on-site, by our specialised erection crews. Other materials available for construction in this design are: stainless steel, aluminium and nylon coated mild steel. Standard tank features for the TS600 and TS700 include fully self supporting vermin proof cover with galvanised roof support structure and are designed to AS1170.

RECTANGULAR TANKS

All rectangular panels are manufactured with square corners and a panel stiffening system that provides support to the mid flange section of the panel. The thickness of the tank panel increases as internal pressures dictate. The internal bracing support system is fastened and sealed at all intersecting panel joints. Design deflection limits used are span/250.

Foundation requirements vary depending on the height, area and site plan position. Tank component and water loading can be calculated at the time of consultation allowing determination of the foundation requirements. Tanks include self supporting roof support structure and vermin proof cover designed to AS1170.
